New Formations
Chilcomb Down, Hampshire, UK

A brand new formation was reported on Friday 6th of June. This time in Hampshire, the formation was located at Chilcomb Down - which has played host to many circles over the years. It was great to have the crop circle phenomenon back in our home county, Hampshire has a long history of crop circles, with many of the early formations of the 1980s and 1990s appearing in the county. Chilcomb Down is not far from the Punch Bowl at Cheesefoot Head, Longwood Warren and Telegraph Hill - all famous locations for the crop circles.
This formation has several aspects of note, the first is the beautiful spiral that holds the design together. Spirals are very difficult to create, even more difficult to draw - this formation will present a clear challenge to anyone wishing to reproduce this formation by hand. Secondly, no sooner had the pictures hit the internet people we recognising that this formation contained dots and dashes - which meant only one thing - morse code!
Scroll down for a graphic showing that this crop circle bore the message 'No More War'. Coming as it did on the anniversary of D-Day, it was an apt and potent message for everyone.

All our work recording the crop circles is self-financed. The yearly cost of flights over the circles alone runs into many thousands of pounds. A one hour flight costs £300-£700.
The sale of our photographs, Year Books and other items via our on-line shop helps to offset some of that cost. With increasing overheads across the board of our activities it is becoming more and more difficult to find the finance we need to record the circles, so please browse our shop and think of us when buying gifts for friends and family.
