Crop Circle Photography
Some people ask us why photographing the crop circles is so expensive. Some people are surprised at how expensive it is. This year flights for us will cost between £500 and £800 per hour, depending on the distance travelled.
If you do aerial work, (photographing crop circles is categorised as aerial work) then you have to fly with a pilot who has a commercial license. Also the aircraft you use has to have a AOC, (an air operator's certificate) this allows an aircraft operator to use aircraft for commercial purposes.
All flying operations in the UK must operate under Civil Aviation Authority procedures and regulations, and it is particularly important that anyone involved with aerial photography, should take account of these, as the consequences of not doing so can be severe for all concerned.
People try to bend the rules by flying via microlights, and even fly small drones, but all of these other options are not legal if you are selling your work, as we do. Microlights pilots don't hold commercial licences. There are now strict regulations regarding flying photographic drones, as people have been flying these drones too near to people, and they are turning up close to crop fields and just letting them go! You have to take into consideration people in the vicinity of your flying operation, as well as animals, and buildings.
So to record the crop circles we have to do it legally, and fly with pilots who have commercial licences, and aircraft with an AOC. So unfortunately it's expensive. This means flying via helicopters.
The plus points are that the pilots are highly trained, and the helicopter companies are insured. Everyone wants to see crop circle photos, and the natural thing to do is to seek the cheapest option. But pilots who fly photographers without the proper credentials are taking a great risk, because they are for one thing not insured. So we don't use these other options.

Biography
Daniel Rozman's primary fields of interest are: awareness of the soul journey; metaphysical interactions with our crypticised senses; and the freewill dynamic necessary for sociopolitical sustainability and triumphs (beyond imagination). His most recent research has focused upon the source of the distortion that has limited human (royal) potential and continues to feed upon global suffering; and how reclaiming our presence will enable us to decouple from it - a compassionate belief gaining in importance as we move into the new era. Daniel's professional background lies in financial markets; he is the author of a philosophical novel entitled Transition (2013), and posts informal articles documenting thought, experience and ground images of crop glyphs on cropcirclecyclist.com.

From the Crop Glyphs of the West Country, to the Visoko Valley in Bosnia, Giza Plateau pyramids and beyond... This perceptive presentation will include a contemporary social commentary, and how our forefathers (of whom we are included) left us (ourselves) crucial knowledge of liberating empowerment: reminders to be always closer with God, the Universe and one another. A visually rich presentation, which explores our great spiritual armaments: the merkabah light body and the ankhing of the heart chakra. How these (harnessed in combination) will help restore our individual presence, ready to deliver us beyond the points of understanding reached within this presentation. All in pursuit of our common destiny: divine unity.
