Crop Circles, Geometry and Emerging Consciousness

With Jude Currivan, Michael Glickman
& Karen Alexander (With Steve Alexander).

Karen Alexander: Last year I began to think about expanding the Summer Crop Circle Lectures to include a winter-time component. It's a longtime between the end of the season (August) and the beginning of the next (April). So I started to think about the idea of holding some Winter Workshops. To be held in Jan/Feb they would be an opportunity to reflect back at the old season and look forward to a new one. The timing of the Summer Lectures means that we are still at the height of the season when they occur, and so we have to wait a whole year to talk about the end of the season and by then a whole new one has begun!

I also wanted this possible Winter event to be qualitatively different to our main conference in the summer, so I thought that the Winter might be the perfect opportunity for something more in-depth. At the Summer conference lectures are typically one hour long, but what if we were to offer longer workshop-style sessions which would enable our presenters to really connect with the assembled group? And if we made the group smaller and more intimate everyone would have the time and space they needed for experiential work and discussions between the speakers and the group?

So for the Winter of 2013 I am offering the first Winter Workshop event. It will be, for this year, just a day event, to be held in the Bear Hotel in Devizes:

The Workshop in Detail:

Session One:
A Review of the 2012 Crop Circle Season

Jude, Michael and Karen will be joined by Steve Alexander for a retrospective of the years crop formations, discussing key events and linking the circles to past events and discussing key symbolic developments, all linked together with a slide show of stunning images by Steve Alexander

Session Two:
Sacred Geometry & Drawing the Crop Circles

Taking the geometry and shapes of the crop circles as our point of inspiration for the day, Michael Glickman& Karen Alexander will look at the contemplative act of drawing the circles, exploring the themes of sacred geometry they present and how that practice can be enlarged and expanded upon to become a philosophical and even spiritual pursuit.  This session will include hands-on experience of drawing with a compass and straight edge, taking you through the basics and onto something a little more challenging. We will look at the relationship between different numbers with special focus on the numbers four and six and their relationship to the square and cube, central to understanding some of the most complex formations of the year. We will also look at the ubiquitous way these shapes and numbers manifest in the world around us and their role in human consciousness.

(Note: this will not be a repeat of the material presented at the Crop Circle Geometry Workshop during the Summer Lectures). We will be providing your drawing equipment.

Session Three:
Geometry & the Cosmic Hologram

Takes this process to larger and cosmological levels: Leading edge science is coming together with ancient wisdom to describe a geometric and conscious universe where we are co-creators of our realities. In this two- hour experiential session Jude Currivan will explore how understanding the bigger picture and the possible deeper message of the crop circles is a portal for entering the cosmic hologram of multidimensional consciousness and embodying the emerging global awareness.

By the end of the day we hope to have tracked, in-depth, the journey from the geometry of the crop circles, and their possible interpretations to how the self-same principles are echoed on a cosmological level and are key to understanding the evolution of human awareness and the 'great-shift' in consciousness much associated with the passing of 2012 and the end of the Mayan Calendar.

Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of this experiential journey from the crop circles, to the transpersonal, to nature, to the cosmos and the finally the evolution of consciousness!
