Today We Are Highlighting: An Introduction to Crop Circle Geometry – Workshop. Friday 2nd August 2019.
Number, shape, form, proportion and geometry are the language of the crop circles, of that there can be little doubt. They are their very fabric and framework, their flesh and bones if you will. One cannot really have any meaningful discussion about crop circles with out being able to talk about number and geometry and many of the
talks at our conference over the years have dealt with this very aspect of the phenomenon. This workshop is a gateway into the world of crop circle geometry, designed for both the beginner and the more experienced explorer. it hopes to lift the veil on what can seem a bewildering, complex and specialised subject matter and give background and context to
some of what you will hear discussed in some of the lectures during the conference. This year we aim to cover the following:
What is Geometry?
The quantities, qualities and philosophy of numbers
Approaching the geometry/drawing of the Crop Circles
Introducing Pi
The Squaring of the Circle explained
An Introduction to Phi (the Golden Section & Fibonacci).
We will provide all your drawing equipment and paper and guide you step by step through the process of constructing some drawings of your own. If there is one sure-fire way of gaining a quick appreciation of the circle-makers art, it’s by trying to draw a little of it for yourself! Most of all we hope to have a little fun, do a little drawing, perhaps
a little colouring-in and learn while we play!

Crop Circle Year Book 2018: Celebrating 20 years of these amazing books!
Our 2018 crop circle year book will be the twentieth in a series of unique books documenting the crop circle phenomenon in the UK. It is very hard to think that we have been producing them for that long and even harder to think about the hours of work that have gone into them! But they a form testament to our enduring love and commitment to a subject which has inspired many, challenged some and has changed the lives of many more.
In the last 20 years there have been (and continue to be) many struggles and arguments seeking to capture or own the narrative of the crop circle subject for good or for ill. In the midst of it all these books have quietly and patiently built into a historical library, each an open portal into the fields of its given year. They have become a precious archive, aide memoire, and photo album collection of some of the most amazing crop circles that have ever appeared. As a body of work, they are
something of which we are immensely proud.
