In this lecture we will be exploring a fascinating historical crop circle occurrence. One that has a prescient meaning even after almost 30 years. It was one of the first of a handful of events that brought the link between the crop circle phenomenon and human consciousness front and centre. Researchers asked: Is it possible for human consciousness to engage with the crop circles? How would that happen? What contact modalities were already at work in our interactions with the phenomenon and how might we employ them? This was a ground breaking exploration for the researchers taking part. After almost 30 years since this event, what could we learn about the phenomenon today by reassessing this and other similar events? In a time of unprecedented interest in the role that consciousness plays in various unexplained phenomena and contact with possible non-human-intelligence, the story of Charley Knoll could still help us in examine this question today. This story includes episodes of strange sounds, light phenomena (UAP), synchronicity at an incredible level, correspondences between the crop circle itself, the landscape and those involved in the work. The fascinating language of geometry, number and meaning. Earth energies, animal effects and effects on mechanical and electrical equipment. It’s a story that needs to be heard! 

After thirty years of exploring the most breathtaking formations and exploring their geometry, symbolism, placement in the landscape, and yes, their effect upon those that come into contact with the phenomenon, it feels right that I put before you some ideas I have long been thinking about. These ideas coalesce a process of interaction with the phenomenon that I’m sure will not only resonate with many of you, but that you may also recognise, perhaps from your own experience? ‘Experience’ is the key word here, because there are a great number of people who, for want of a better description, are ‘crop circle experiencers’. That is, they are people for whom their interaction with the crop circles is a starting point for a journey into a higher, wider, deeper and more mysterious reality, and they are forever changed by it. I consider this aspect of the phenomenon to be utterly real, self-evident and incredibly important. Their experiences include encounters with the paranormal in connection with the crop circles, synchronicity, precognitive dreams, light phenomena and strange animal encounters to name but a few. Whatever is happening to these people, seems to be somehow heightened by their involvement with the crop circle phenomenon.

In this lecture I will set out an 11-step guide to engaging the crop circle phenomenon, curated from my long experience of the subject and my interactions with many others who have shared their own stories with me.

I believe this is the first time that this process has been identified, described and offered as a single narrative that describes the interaction that some experience as a result of their interaction with the crop circles. It also points to a meaning and message behind our engagements with the phenomenon.
 

Are the crop circles a communication? If so, what are they saying? 

The circles themselves are largely silent on this matter. While a handful of circles have been codes, or have been shaped as recognisable symbols, the vast majority of the formations are geometric patterns, or mandalas, with no obvious meaning or key for interpretation. 

There can be little doubt that much of the meaning of the circles can ben gleaned from their geometry and symbolism, but what else might the circles be saying to us? 

In this talk I will be continuing on from my presentation at our annual conference last year in which I began an exploration of the ‘Body Language of the Crop Circle Phenomenon’. I will be looking at what we can learn about the core messaging inherent in the crop circles based on the way they present themselves. We’ll be deeply listening, noticing and interpreting the ‘non-verbal’ ways in which this phenomenon expresses itself. 

What is Body Language?

• Body language is a set of unspoken (non verbal) communications
• As human beings our communications are much more multi-layered than our verbal expressions
• We use the whole of our being to communicate 
• We express ourselves physically as well as verbally
• As human beings some of our communications are unconscious as well as conscious
• Often body language can show a hidden layer to our communications
• Can we look at the Presentation and Gesture of the crop circle phenomenon for clues to their ‘non-verbal’ communications? 

Consider crop circle communications as a flowing, wide ribbon of messaging of which their physical appearance is just one layer, or strata. How might we tease out the many layers of this communication and then bring them together again to form a deeper understanding of the phenomenon? Here are some of the layers we might use?

• Geometry & Symbolism
• Beauty
• Synchronicity
• Nudges & Winks

We will be looking specifically at those categories which form the ‘non-verbal’ part of the way in which the crop circle expresses itself. 

Core Messaging

In this final section we will be looking at ‘core messaging’ within the phenomenon and its implications for the expansion and evolution of human consciousness. Does our interaction within this phenomenon light a way towards a different way of perceiving reality? Could the crops circles be saying so much more than we realise?
