Engaging the Crop Circle Phenomenon – Charley Knoll & other Stories
By Karen Alexander
In this lecture we will be exploring a fascinating historical crop circle occurrence. One that has a prescient meaning even after almost 30 years. It was one of the first of a handful of events that brought the link between the crop circle phenomenon and human consciousness front and centre. Researchers asked: Is it
possible for human consciousness to engage with the crop circles? How would that happen? What contact modalities were already at work in our interactions with the phenomenon and how might we employ them? This was a ground breaking exploration for the researchers taking part.
After almost 30 years since this event, what could we learn about the phenomenon today by reassessing this and other similar events? In a time of unprecedented interest in the role that consciousness plays in various unexplained phenomena and contact with possible non-human-intelligence, the story of Charley Knoll
could still help us in examine this question today.
